Hamilton Stiller was established in 2008 when the rental market was extremely competitive. Both Directors have many years experience within the residential sales and rental property sectors and with their experience of buying, selling, developing and renting property they are able to provide a first class service to their clients.

Hamilton Stiller specialises in quality properties throughout Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Monmouthshire and is the nominated member for the Guild of Professional Estate Agents for Ross-on-Wye. The Guild is based at Park Lane, London and has 800 associated offices throughout the UK providing Hamilton Stiller with an additional agency referral platform helping buyers move throughout the UK. All of Hamilton Stillers properties are advertised in the Park Lane office.

Anna Hulin AssocRICS Registered Valuer - Director

Anna founded Hamilton Stiller in 2008 and has 20 years experience in property acquisitions and developments. She is an experienced property developer and landlord with properties in Gloucestershire, Wales and France. She is NFoPP qualified in residential property Sales and Lettings. Anna comes from a competitive equestrian background and trained at Hartpury College.

Andrew Drake - Director

Andrew has been paramount in developing new business for Hamilton Stiller and has 20 years experience in property developments. Andrew has many years experience within the sales industry successfully running his own businesses and rental portfolio.

Ronnie Gabb - Accounts / Lettings

Ronnie has 25 years experience in accountancy and has worked within the property industry for several years managing rental accounts.

Maria Baldwin - Senior Sales Consultant

Maria is passionate about properties and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service treating every client with honesty and integrity. She has extensive knowledge in the property industry, starting her career 17 years ago. She has managed leading Estate Agents in Malvern and Ledbury and ran her own business in Gloucester. Maria is a fully qualified member of the NAEA. She is also an experienced property developer with projects ranging from new builds to conversions.

Toby le Rone - Top Dog

Toby joined the team in 2013 and enjoys accompanying Anna throughout the day.
